My darling won’t you crawl up next to me?
We can die here or take life in as we breathe
I know that you feel this all the same
It’s something that we hold dear, not to blame
Your eyes are mine
And your eyes feel time
She can take the sun down with every breath that she takes
A pacifying, electrifying way that she lives
These eyes are mine
These eyes feel time
Her mind breeds love
She’ll reach above
These hands are tied
Behind my head
And my heart ain’t dead
My head would die, devoid of her
I picked this one up in advance of a holiday trip. In these times I always need some softer music for my companion which rocks only a little. But SPIRAL GURU's cool 70s influenced psychedelic rock even rocks a bit more. Usually this is not my genre, stuf like Spiritual Beggars or the like, but SPIRAL GURU is definitely charming, maybe because of the female vocals. Further the songs are not too psychedelic, they have a solid catchiness. Check "Signs" or "Oracle". H.L.
If you like a mix of NWOBHM and classic Doom, you should take purchase this disc by very quickly!! Classic Doom in a 70s guise with cool breaks and NWOBHM melodies. I think Pentagram, Magic Circle or Pagan Altar fit here perfectly as comparison. Stephan
